Booking and payment


When you book you will receive an acknowledgement email. Once payment has been made you will not be issued a ticket but you will receive a final confirmation email. You should expect to receive the confirmation email within 48 hours of payment. Payment must be made for the full amount in $ before confirmation emails can be issued. Please check your junk folders if your email doesn’t arrive.


Payment is to be made USD. Tickets are non-refundable.


Payment must be received within 48 hours of your reservation. Seats that are not paid for after 48 hours of booking will be released for sale.Please enter the full amount in $ even if your bank account is in GBP, KYD etc . Payment can be made via Visa or MasterCard only. Amex is not accepted.

If you do not pay immediately on reserving your seat please click on the payment link www.otairbridge.com/payment to pay. Please do not make another reservation in order to pay.

Infants under the age of 2 years will be charged 10% of the adult ticket price, they will not be given their own seats, these are lap seats only. Children over the age of 2 years will be charged the full rate for a seat.

Please note that premium economy and business class seats do not come with the usual premium economy and business class service and extras that you might normally expect on a BA service. Everyone on the aircraft will receive the same snack box and alcohol will not be served, there will be no lounge access and no extras provided on the aircraft. The price that you pay for a premium economy and business class seat is for the seat itself only.

Once you have reserved your seat class you will not be able to change it, for example upgrades to business class won’t be possible once reservations have been made.

Any changes on the booking including amendments to names, passport numbers etc will incur an admin charge.

If you need assistance at the airport please enter this in the assistance field when booking your seat. There is no online check in available. Seats will be assigned on check in, seats cannot be assigned beforehand.

This flight will go off sale on Wednesday 10 June 20 at 5pm (Cayman time)

UK transit

It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible to enter or transit the UK. You may be denied boarding if you are unable to show proof of eligibility.

If the UK is not your final destination you need to send your onward flight details (flight number, airline, time, date and destination) toemergencytravel@gov.kyThis will enable us to request clearance for you for UK transit with the UK authorities. A printed hard copy of you onward flight details will also be requested at check in and boarding will be refused without this paperwork.

Please make sure that you have your boarding passes printed for your flight that departs the UK as facilities may not be open in the UK due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation.

If your onward flight means you have to stay in the UK overnight please also bring printed proof of accommodation booked in London while you await your ongoing flight.

Luggage

Only one piece of 23kg hold luggage is allowed on this flight per passenger. Hand luggage is per the BA policy. Please refer to the BA website for details:https://www.britishairways.com/en-gb/information/baggage-essentials/hand-baggage-allowancesYou can take a child car seat/pushchair if required. Business Class customers can have two x 23kg hold luggage per passenger. There is no option to pay for the extra luggage. Luggage on this flight is limited due to aircraft weight restrictions for take off.

It is not possible to check luggage all the way to your final destination. All luggage must be collected at London Heathrow.

Pets

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the correct documentation in place to allow your pet entry to the UK, including a valid rabies certificate. You will need to obtain a health check and export permit for your pet before they can fly.

Owen Roberts International Airport

Check in opens 4 hours before departure and closes one hour before departure. Family and friends are not allowed into the terminal and will need to leave you curb-side.

Once you have entered the Owen Roberts International terminal you will be unable to leave. Please make sure you have all your belongings with you before entering the terminal.

Shops and food outlets remain closed at Owen Roberts International Airport. Please take some snacks with you and an empty bottle to fill up at the water station once through security.

You should take a mask with you to be used at the airport. BA to not have a social distancing policy on board and will not provide masks. You are encouraged to wear your own mask, take hand sanitizer/wipes etc.

There will not be a regular service on this flight, only snack type food will be provided. There will be no alcohol served on this flight. The entertainment system on board may not be working, you should take your own entertainment for the flight just in case.


This flight will make a short stop in Turks and Caicos to collect some passengers. You will not be allowed to disembark.
